Program terms at a glance
Commission
- 20% of net subscription revenue (the amount paid, excluding tax) on every invoice.
- Recurring for as long as the referred customer stays subscribed.
- Applies to all self-serve plans: Solo, Duo, Team Starter, Team Plus, and added seats.
- Enterprise deals are handled case by case — tell us and we'll set it up.
Attribution
- 90-day window from link click to account creation. Last click wins.
- Attribution is locked when the account is created (existing customers can't be claimed).
- No self-referrals, no paid search on our brand terms, no coupon-site listings.
Payouts
- Commissions clear 30 days after the customer's payment.
- Paid monthly via PayPal when your cleared balance is $50 or more.
- Refunds and chargebacks reverse the matching commission.
- US partners provide a W-9 before payouts exceed $600 in a year.
Good standing
- Represent the product honestly; we'll give you accurate copy and assets.
- We may pause a partner who breaks these rules; earned commissions on legitimate referrals are still paid.
- Either side can end the partnership at any time.

Partner FAQ
Do I need to be an Advance with Me customer?
No. Many of our best advocates are customers, but consultants, educators, and managers who simply know the product well are welcome too.
What does my referral get?
The same product and pricing as everyone else, with a demo and onboarding from our team. If you want a special offer for your audience, tell us in the application and we'll discuss it.
How long does the commission last?
For the life of the subscription. If a referred customer pays for three years, you earn for three years. If they cancel and later come back under the same account, you earn again.
What if someone I referred already had an account?
Attribution is locked when an account is created, so existing accounts can't be claimed. If you're working a larger deal with a team that hasn't signed up yet, contact us first and we'll make sure it's tracked.
How do I see what I've earned?
Your partner dashboard shows link clicks, sign-ups, each referral's status, every commission entry, and your payout history, updated as payments come in.
Can I get paid some way other than PayPal?
PayPal is the default. Tell us in the application if you need a bank transfer and we'll work it out.
