What does it mean to advance a show?
Advancing a show is the process of confirming every operational detail of an event before show day - venue specs, load-in and schedule times, crew and labor calls, hospitality, and rider requirements. Advance with Me gives that process a dedicated structure instead of relying on email threads and one-off spreadsheets.
Who is Advance with Me for?
It is built for both sides of the advance: tour managers and production teams who run a date or a full run of shows, and the venues, local production, and invited collaborators who need to contribute the specific information requested of them. How does the AI autopopulate feature work?
You upload venue tech packs and production documents, and AI-assisted autopopulate extracts useful details and maps them into the advance's structured fields. Beyond autopopulate, AI can also import labor calls, daysheets, riders, and even routing from your existing documents.
Can venues and external collaborators contribute without full access?
Yes. Contributors are invited into a single advance and can be limited to only the sections they own, such as labor, rider, or daysheet fields. They do not need to be dropped into your entire tour system, and invited contributors do not count toward your paid pro-user seats.
Does Advance with Me generate PDFs?
Yes. You can export clean, professional PDFs for advances, labor calls, and daysheets whenever documents still need to be distributed offline. PDFs are generated from the current working version of the advance.
