Good to know before you choose.

What counts as a pro user?

A pro user is a member of your team who creates and manages advances, templates, and events. Contributors you invite into specific advances do not count toward your seat limit.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.

What happens when I cancel?

Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period. After that, paid features pause while your data is retained so you can resubscribe later.

Can I see it before choosing a plan?

Yes. Join a demo to see Advance with Me before you buy. If you are ready now, choose a paid plan and continue to checkout. Invited contributors create accounts through invite links and do not count toward pro seats.

How does annual billing work?

Annual plans are billed as a single payment upfront and save you up to 24% compared to monthly billing. The equivalent monthly rate is shown on each plan.

Can I add more users to Team Plus?

Yes. Team Plus includes 5 pro users and you can add additional seats at $65/month (or $50/month on annual billing) per extra user.
