The AWM 2.0 release

AWM 2.0 is here. The whole tour, one system.

The biggest release in Advance with Me history takes the platform beyond the advance. Travel and lodging, a calendar-first daysheet system, guest lists and passes, and access for your whole touring party. Plus AWM Go, a new companion app for iPhone and iPad. All of it, so nothing falls through the cracks and your crew shows up informed.

What's new

Everything between the routing sheet and the encore, in one place.

AWM 1.0 gave the advance a home. AWM 2.0 gives the rest of the tour one too: the flights, the hotels, the daysheet, the guest list, and the two hundred questions your crew asks along the way.

New in 2.0

Travel & Lodging

Plan every flight, drive, and hotel stay alongside the shows they serve. Assign travelers, build rooming lists, and give each crew member a personal itinerary. No spreadsheet juggling required.

  • Flights with multi-leg support, drives with projected arrival times, and hotel stays with rooms and occupants
  • AI import of flights, lodging, and car service straight from PDFs, images, and confirmation emails
  • AI rooming-list import plus a printable rooming list PDF per hotel stay
  • One chronological Travel & Lodging timeline for the whole event, plus a personal My Travel view

Event Calendar & Daysheets 2.0

The event page is now calendar-first. Browse the run day by day, name days, and build day-level schedules that merge show items, travel, and lodging into one timeline your whole team reads the same way.

  • Month calendar with indicator dots for advances, travel, and lodging on every day
  • Day detail view with notes, schedule, advances, lodging, and quick-add for anything
  • Day-level schedule items with per-advance visibility and audience controls
  • Schedule templates that apply across the run, plus AI schedule import
  • Daysheet PDF export, now with an optional two-column layout

Guest Lists & Passes

Comps, credentials, and the box-office handoff finally live with the show. Requests come in, approvals go out, and the venue prints exactly what was approved, nothing more.

  • Per-show guest lists with pass types, allotments, cutoffs, and late policies you control
  • Public request links so anyone can request a pass without an account
  • Bulk approve or reject with email digests back to requesters
  • Revocable box-office share pages per show or per day, with personal info stripped
  • Guest list PDFs and printable badges, from Avery labels to satin passes

Parties & crew access

Your whole touring party can now live in AWM, not just the people building the advance. Group the roster into parties, and each crew member sees a clean, view-only picture of their own day.

  • Named, colored parties (band, crew, management) used across travel, daysheets, and views
  • Crew roles with calendar-first, party-scoped access: the schedule they need, nothing they don't
  • Passwordless magic-link sign-in, so crew never deal with passwords on a load-in morning
  • A reworked Team page built for scanning a full roster at speed
  • Party-based audience control over which advance views each group can see

AWM Go, the app for iPhone & iPad

Show day happens standing up. AWM Go puts the day's schedule, advances, travel, lodging, and guest lists in your pocket, and keeps working when the loading dock has no signal.

  • Native iPhone and iPad app built for the day-of-show workflow
  • Full offline support: pin an event and everything downloads, files and all
  • Calendar, daysheet timeline, advance details, and tap-to-call lodging contacts
  • Request and review guest passes from the side of stage
  • One-tap handoff that opens the same day in the web app, already signed in

In App Store review now — arriving soon.

And a lot more

Dozens of smaller wins, shipped in the same release.

  • Smart date fields that understand "next Friday" and "Jun 20 8am"
  • Passwordless magic-link sign-in for everyone, not just crew
  • AI travel-document import available right from the day view
  • Advance section pills for faster jumping between daysheet, labor, rider, and files
  • Scroll and state restoration across the event page, calendar, and advances
  • Cleaner modal flows, consistent destructive-action styling, and mobile layout fixes

Why it matters

Less chasing. Fewer cracks. A crew that shows up informed.

When tour info is scattered across inboxes, spreadsheets, and text threads, something always slips, and it costs you time, sleep, and credibility. AWM 2.0 puts the advance, the logistics, and the people in one system, so you can focus on the show instead of the systems.

For you

One working picture of every date: what's confirmed, what's missing, and who owns it. Calm, in control, and out of the weeds.

For your crew

A personal itinerary and a clear daysheet on their phone, without pinging you for the hotel address again.

For the artist and management

Days that run on time and guest lists that don't melt down at will call. The kind of tour that earns trust.
