- AI intake: autopopulate fills advance fields automatically from uploaded tech packs, routing sheets, travel confirmations, rooming lists, schedules, labor calls, and riders. Every field stays editable and the team keeps final say.
- Daysheets: calendar-first day schedules merging show items, travel, and lodging; templates across a run; PDF export.
- Travel and lodging: flights (lookup by flight number), drives with time-zone-aware durations, hotels, rooming lists; personal My Travel itinerary per traveler.
- Guest lists: pass types, allotments, cutoffs, approvals, public request links (no account needed), revocable box-office share pages, printable badges.
- Crew access: view-only, party-scoped, passwordless magic-link sign-in, free on every plan, web or AWM Go, offline included.
- Master Tour migration: built-in importer moves a full tour (show days, advances, daysheet schedules, travel, hotels, crew, pass types) using the customer's own pro Master Tour API key, read-only on the Master Tour side.
